How To Arrange Cover Under CIOB ‘Director Plus’ Directors’ and Officers Liability Insurance Scheme

 

To arrange cover is simple.  If you currently subscribe to the Croner Health & Safety Management System click the "Croner Application" link at the bottom of this page as this entitles you to a 20% premium discount.

 

If you do not subscribe to the Croner Health & Safety Management System click the "Non Croner" application link at the bottom of this page.

 

Then please:-

 

1.       Complete Section 1 of the form.

 

2.       Identify both your annual Turnover band and the level of cover required to arrive at the annual premium.  If cover is not required for Employment Practices Liability insurance then please insert the annual premium after Section 2.

 

3.       If cover is required for Employment Practices Liability insurance then please select the level of cover required (see Sections 3(a) and 3(b) ) add the premium to the premium from        Section 2 and add the resulting total under Section 3(b).

 

4.       Please complete Sections 4 and 5

 

5.       Please read all Conditions carefully

 

6.       Please complete all sections of the Declaration.  Print off the first page then sign, date           and   return it to FRD Risk Solutions at Merchants Court, 2-12 Lord Street, Liverpool, L2 1TS.

 

7.       Please complete the Direct Debit Mandate in full (see page 3 of Application)

 

8.       Please press “Submit”.

 

9.       Please contact FRD if:-

 

Your annual turnover exceeds £50million and/or,

You require a level of cover greater than £2million and/or,

You cannot complete any element of the Declaration (including the ‘Eligibility Criteria’) and/or,

You have an existing policy as you will need to provide us with the current ‘Prior and Pending Date’ from the policy.
